to support our customer projects for our location in Berlin:

The tasks that await you are varied, demanding and exciting:

  • Your ideas will find their way into the development of our software: The further development is determined in the team and with your cooperation in conception and implementation the next generations of our product modules are created
  • In projects you will work out the DP specification in close coordination with the customer or the project manager, which you will then implement in a team with other developers if necessary
  • You check the modules described in the specification and implemented in the development for functionality
  • You support our customer service and maintenance with documentation and third level support
  • You will take on a responsible role in dealing with customer enquiries, especially in the presales phase

Skills that you should bring along or quickly acquire:

  • Object-oriented programming (.NET, C/C++, java)
  • Handling SQL databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server)
  • Process know-how in production, warehouse, logistics
  • Beside German also English in word and writing, gladly also other languages

Consultant (m/f/d)

to support our customer projects for our locations in Berlin / Soest:

The tasks that await you are varied, demanding and exciting:

  • On site with the customer and together with the project staff you manage the project as the responsible project manager or together in a team
  • As project manager you are responsible for communication with the customer, you plan, manage and control the project and lead sub-project managers and project staff
  • Your advice and analysis create the conditions for the reorganisation as well as planning and design of logistics, production and trade solutions in the company
  • With your specification, you coordinate the project-specific requirements with the customer, taking into account adjacent processes
  • With / at the customer you implement the following tasks: Introduction, installation, administration, configuration and customizing of syspro's software technical solutions as well as instruction of our products for administrators and system users
  • You support the commissioning and support services for the solutions installed in the project
  • Within the scope of project implementation and sales, you will take on presales tasks, such as concept and offer discussions with the customer, demonstration of demo systems, etc.

Skills that you should bring along or quickly acquire:

  • Degree in business administration, business informatics or equivalent
  • Professional experience in the field of production, trade or company logistics
  • Knowledge of project management
  • IT affinity, i.e. basic knowledge of operating systems, databases, ERP and MES applications
  • Beside German also English in word and writing, gladly also other languages
