proSystem PIE: Our special solution for labelling is an intelligent and flexible labelling workstation which works on the basis of central PLU data. If required, it integrates conventional labeling systems as printers and can be combined with other systems such as industrial scales. The labelling is carried out in accordance with the EU food information regulation. Both neutral and customer price-based labelling is possible - including multilingualism and identification of allergens and nutritional values.
proFood MM (MeatMaster):
With our special solution for the FOSS MeatMaster you benefit from a highly intelligent and high throughput control station for controlling complex meat production processes. The solution can implement two different process strategies after fat measurement. Variant 1 is the standardisation of the end product. Here, the system ensures optimised sorting of processed meat in crates according to fat content. Foreign objects are detected and discharged. Variant 2 is the intelligent recipe batching. Here, the fat content determined is used for recipe-based charging, for example into loose processed meat and frozen products.

The structures in the MES solution are especially adapted to SAP products and can be easily integrated via a standard interface (CP) using SAP-ALE.
