Our work is based on the below 8-phase-model:

Independent expertise:
The syspro specialists for system integration in trade and industry prepare a detailed process analysis for our customers and recommend a product-independent course of action.

Integration planning:
Using a stringent requirements specification the integration plan is formulated. The aim is to ensure the smooth synchronisation of the procedures and functions of the future solution with the company processes.

Our solutions will be fully integrated in the customer’s processes, also during ongoing business operations, and in already operational ERP systems (e. g. SAP, NAVISION, MS Dynamics NAV and AX) and machine/plant processes.

Installation and customisation: In case of need, the solutions will be individually adapted to processes and requirements as well as to the local infrastructure taking the practical operation, i. e. the real-world environment, into consideration.

During the final launch of the IT solution the customer’s decision-makers and company teams will be accompanied in person and the practical success be verified.

For complex projects or the transfer of pilot projects onto the customer’s overall organisation there will be a controlled rollout across all relevant business units and locations.

Beyond the launch of the project the syspro team ensures a complete service via phone, e-mail, remote support and on-site assignment according to individually defined service levels.
